Thank you for considering Nine Lives Cat Center/Hotel Homer for your feline boarding needs! It would be our privilege to provide lodging and care for your beloved cats. In order to keep your cats safe and happy, and to provide an enjoyable experience for them, we will need to have certain information and authorizations in advance.
Please download and complete our cat profile form in advance if possible—one form for each cat whom you would like to board. We also ask that you download our boarding contract, read it carefully, and acknowledge your acceptance of our terms with your signature. Please either e-mail the completed forms or bring them with you to your check-in appointment. Also, please remember to e-mail or bring any necessary documentation, if we are not already in receipt of your cat's medical records.
